Baseball Heroes of Oakland County, L.P. is a Michigan Limited Partnership whose sole General Partner is “Ride The Wave” Indy Baseball, LLC, a Michigan-based limited liability company.

Members of the general partner include Rob Hilliard, managing member; Timothy L. Nick; J&D Equities, LLC; The TEAM: Sports, Media & Entertainment, LLC, and ODK Investments, L.L.C.

The Partnership’s Objectives are to: (1) own and operate a financially successful and competitive baseball team in the Frontier League of Professional Baseball; (2) develop and construct a 3,778-seat multi-purpose sports & entertainment stadium at the Summit Place Mall in Waterford Twp., MI, which would be home to the Oakland County Cruisers, owning the stadium and the land upon which it is built; (3) use the stadium to host collegiate, high school and amateur baseball games as well as a range of entertainment events; (4) work with the Southeast Michigan Community Baseball Foundation, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit organization founded by members of “Ride The Wave” Indy Baseball, LLC, to serve as a community outreach organization offering support to those area recreational and academic institutions in need of financial assistance.

A minimum of 45 LP Units and maximum of 95 LP Units are offered at $50,000 per unit, so that capitalization will be between $2,250,000 and $4,750,000. The General Partner has received 5 LP Units as a result of providing initial at-risk funds of more than $120,000 and expending significant amounts of time in developing the project in its incubator stage. Collectively, the General Partner is investing in at least 2 ½ LP units and reserves the right to invest additional funds during the offering period.

No further calls beyond the initial contributions will be made.

Initial value of assets to be acquired: (1) Midwest Sliders in the Frontier League of Professional Baseball – $825,000. (2) 8.249  acre parcel in the Summit Place Mall located at the corner of Summit Drive and Summit Drive East in Waterford Township -- $1,675,000. (3) Diamond at The Summit multi-purpose baseball/sports & entertainment stadium -- $9,000,000.

The Partnership will hold 100% equity in the Frontier League team; hold title to the land, and have a 20% equity interest in the stadium secured by an initial payment of $1,800,000 (with 80%, or $7,200,000, to be amortized over 15 years at 8.75 to 9.00% per annum).
